Bacolod City Acting Mayor Israel Salanga has issued Executive Order (EO) No UEFA

“There is a need to convene the Council in order to formulate local policies concerning the implementation of water supply and quality monitoring program to address water quality issues in Bacolod City,” he added UEFA
